版主转正以及版主调动的版内公告！

<P><STRONG><FONT color=red>原“魅力汀州”版主<FONT color=blue>汀州遗客</FONT>由于时间上的关系，在很长一段时间里没有参与论坛管理，特辞去其版主职务！</FONT></STRONG></P>
