日常习惯 让青春不再“痘”你

 导语:哪个女人不想皮肤白皙柔嫩?可是早起要赶班,到点要加班,咖啡饮料不离手,身边辐射时时有,在这样高质量的环境下,痘痘们奋发图强。美眉们,你要是也有这样的困扰,快来看看这份建议书吧。养成这11个日常好习惯,跟粘在你脸上的痘痘就自然跟你Bye-Bye了。



  1、洗脸水温勿过热:洗脸水尽量使用温水或冷水,水温请勿过热,尤其是常洗脸的人,要避免使用太刺激的洗面皂,应该改用温和配和的洗颜用品,以免油脂被冲掉太多。

  2、随时随地清洁脸部:出门在外,一旦感觉脸部脏污时,尽快用清水冲洗,或用随身携带的纸巾,随时清洁脸部。再用局部调理的遮痘或消炎乳胶,加强防护与调理。

  3、调理水冰在冰霜里:夏天将收敛调理水(化状水)存放在冰霜里,使用时有冰凉镇静肌肤、收缩毛孔的效果。

  4、使用油性肌肤专用的面霜:擦过收敛调理水的肌肤,千万别以为这样就好了,因为无防御的肌肤是最脆弱的,记得在搽上油性肌肤或青春痘肌肤专用的无油脂面霜或控油乳液。

  5、无油的防晒面霜:夏天户外活动,务必涂上防晒面霜,因为紫外线的刺激会使青春痘更恶化,不得不谨慎。回家后,除了赶快清洁,并用冰毛巾收敛镇静肌肤。市面上防晒面霜太多含有油腻成份,痘痘型的油腻肌肤使用反而会有反效果,选择时请注意挑选不含油配方。

  6、维生素B内服法:每天固定服用维生素b群(各类药房有售),对生理调理油脂分泌有一定程度的帮助。

  7、清水洁肠法:每天早上起床后,喝一大杯冷开水,保持肠胃正常循环,排泄毒素。

  8、养成正常作息:戒除烟酒的习惯,并确实养成三餐定时、早睡与睡眠充足的正常作息,这一点对交往甚多的年轻女士实在有够难喔,但是你要青春,还是要痘?

  9、大量的蔬菜水果:每天都要在餐前吃大量的高纤维水果,如果打成果汁不要去掉果纤,要一起喝掉,少喝罐装果汁。并多生吃或水煮新鲜蔬菜,少吃油炒青菜和俺制蔬菜。(本文来源:www.hjban.com.cn)

OOPS! My jordanshoes wore out in today’s match. So great game I think. Unfortunately, Ishould take an new jordan shoes though we won the game or I should play the gamein slipper..Another good news is my mother will go shopping tomorrow, she wantto buy ugg boots for my sister, mysister always like UGGS and she also want to buy Silver Jewelry for herself, Tiffanyis her favorite. Maybe she will buy a pair jordan shoes for me. She knew mysize and undertood which Air Jordan shoes fit for me. She had bought pairs of NikeShoes for me before, I think she wont let me down this time. If not, I shouldgo out with her and pay for air jordans myself. I’m not rich, but a pair of airjordans is not hard for me. So, see you in the nike shoes store tomorrow.
